Job Responsibilities:

• Draft wills, trusts, irrevocable trusts and other estate planning documents
• Prepare gift and estate tax returns
• Draft limited liability company and family limited partnership agreements
• Advise clients on tax planning and reporting, fiduciary duties, contested estates and gift and estate tax controversies
• Provide legal advice on tax planning and estate planning strategies
• Review and analyze complex tax law and regulations
• Handle tax controversies, litigation, and other related matters
• Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals on various projects

• Admission to practice law in Michigan
