Job Title: Program Manager, Data Center Real Estate Contracting Specialist

Experience Information:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required
- 5 years of experience in program or project management
- 3 years of experience in real estate development or similar industry, program management or planning
- Experience in physical infrastructure development
- Experience scoping, developing, and delivering real estate contracts and commercial constructs
- Certification in real estate paralegal preferred
- 10 years of experience with real estate documents preferred
- Experience with data center or critical infrastructure development and entitlement processes globally preferred
- Cross-functional experience interacting with technical, commercial, and legal stakeholders

Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain standardized agreement templates for various agreements
- Develop and execute agreement strategies through collaboration with internal teams
- Implement efficient workflows for agreement generation, review, negotiation, and storage
- Ensure agreement templates adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and laws
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams on agreement templates and management system
- Provide regular reports and metrics on agreement activity and areas for improvement
