As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and earn their trust, confidence, and respect. Additionally, you will be responsible for updating clients and communicating with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, with trial experience preferred. You must also be a member of the Texas Bar in good standing and have experience in evaluating claims and communicating with insurance companies. Superb negotiation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential for this position.
