Salary and Practice Information:

- Salary range of $260,000 - $390,000, based on year classification
- Practice focused on clean energy project development and finance
- Pro-competition approach, favoring disruptive technologies and new business models
- Avoids mandates for vertically-integrated utilities and fossil fuel project developers

Responsibilities:

- Assisting with ground-breaking financing transactions for clean energy and decarbonization clients
- Collaborating with experienced partners and senior lawyers who will provide active mentoring
- Working with a collaborative team of attorneys nationally focused on clean energy and climate solutions sectors
- Assuming a high level of responsibility and client contact with companies ranging from start-ups to leading international infrastructure investors
- Gaining a wide range of project finance and development experience

Requirements:

- 3-6 years of substantial transactional experience with a focus on project finance and/or structured asset-based finance and non-recourse lending transactions
- Major law firm experience representing sponsors, developers, borrowers, lenders, or investors
- Experience in secured lending, tax equity, and other LLC financings and joint ventures
- Strong interest in developing a broad expertise in financing clean energy projects and portfolios
- Superior academic credentials
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
