Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience.


## Job Overview

We are looking for a Commercial Real Estate Attorney who will provide legal support to our team for all lease/leasing related matters. This position is flexible and can be located in either Uniondale or New York City.

## Job Responsibilities

- Drafting sophisticated leases in a fast-paced environment
- Providing legal support to the team for all lease/leasing related matters including lease modifications and amendments
- Preparing and negotiating commercial lease agreements, amendments, subleases and assignments

## Qualifications

- from an accredited law school
- Be in good standing as an active member of the New York Bar
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

## Salary and Benefits

- Hybrid Hours: Minimum 3 days a week in office, 2 days a week remotely
- Annualized salary range: $155,000-$250,000
