A law firm seeks an Entry-Level Attorney to join its practice located in Mesa, AZ. The ideal candidate will support senior attorneys with court appearances, case preparation, client advisement, and legal research. Duties:

• Assist with case management for personal injury and family law matters.
• Draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings, status conferences, and client meetings under supervision.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda summarizing findings.
• Communicate directly with clients, providing updates and legal guidance.
• Support negotiation efforts to resolve disputes or reach settlements.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff to ensure thorough case preparation.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
