The Law Firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Litigation Paralegal. This position will be responsible for supporting attorneys in all phases of the litigation process, including document preparation, trial preparation, and file management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

• Prepare legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and discovery requests and responses
• Coordinate document production, including summarizing and reviewing documents
• Assist with trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and witness files
• Organize and maintain files

• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
