Overview:

- Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking a non-partnership track litigation associate in our Dallas office.
- This is a full-time position with a more predictable work schedule than a traditional associate position.
- Applicants must have a and be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
- The ideal candidate will have three to five years of litigation experience and a strong academic record.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
- Experience in insurance defense litigation is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in legal proceedings, draft legal documents, and provide legal advice.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases.
- Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
- Attend court hearings and conferences on behalf of clients.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in cases.
- Collaborate with partners and other associates on case strategy and management.

Qualifications:

- Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
- Three to five years of litigation experience preferred.
- Strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Experience in insurance defense litigation preferred.
