Taft Law is seeking a highly qualified and experienced attorney to join our Trademark and Unfair Competition Litigation practice group. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a rapidly expanding team in our Chicago, Cleveland, Indianapolis or Minneapolis office.

Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of trademark and copyright litigation, including claim evaluation, demand letters and responses, TTAB filings, complex brief writing, heavy document discovery, 1st/2nd chair deposition experience, and drafting settlement and coexistence agreements.
- Support practices in multiple markets and cases pending before the TTAB and around the United States.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in trademark and unfair competition litigation.
- Strong understanding of trademark and copyright laws.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work as a part of a team and independently.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in relevant jurisdiction(s).
