Senior Associate Responsibilities: Draft and argue motions. Prepare and present trial testimony and argument. Take and defend depositions, including expert witnesses. Brief and argue writs and appeals. Manage discovery, including complex electronic discovery. Participate in firm management and demonstrate a capacity for business development.
Qualification and Experience Duties: 5 or more years of substantial civil litigation experience in state and federal trial courts. Federal judicial clerkship experience and civil trial experience strongly preferred. Outstanding academic and professional credentials, including strong references.
