Job Title: Transactional AttorneyJob Overview: A prestigious law firm based in Salt Lake City, UT is actively seeking a highly skilled transactional attorney to join its team. The firm is looking for a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in commercial contracts, real estate, finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and/or trusts & estates. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney to grow their practice while working on complex, high-value transactions in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Duties:Handle a diverse range of transactional matters including commercial contracts, real estate transactions, finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and trusts & estates.Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements and documents.Advise clients on legal and business matters, ensuring compliance and minimizing legal risks.Manage client relationships, providing high-quality legal guidance and support.Collaborate with colleagues on complex transactional matters, leveraging the firm’s resources and expertise.Provide mentoring and guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff as needed.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in transactional law, preferably in commercial contracts, real estate, finance, M&A, or trusts & estates.Strong legal research and writing skills.Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.A proven track record of delivering excellent client service and results.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Bar in the state of Utah (preferred).Skills:Expertise in commercial contracting, real estate transactions, M&A, finance, and/or trusts & estates.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Superior writing and drafting abilities.Ability to communicate complex legal concepts to clients.Strong negotiation skills.Job Location:Salt Lake City, UT (in-person)Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with matching contributions.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and vacation days.Profit-sharing opportunities.Retirement plan.
