Law Firm Seeking Experienced Economic Development Finance Attorney

Job Summary:
Bricker Graydon, a leading law firm in Columbus, OH, is currently hiring an attorney with multi-year experience in economic development finance to join our successful team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate finance, public finance, or economic development finance, along with a desire to learn and grow in this field. We also welcome candidates with additional training in tax, economics, or corporations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to the economic development finance team at Bricker Graydon
- Work with clients to structure and negotiate economic development finance deals
- Stay up-to-date on laws and regulations related to tax increment finance (TIF), tax abatement, special assessment, and bond finance
- Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to provide comprehensive services to clients

Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate (.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Ohio State Bar or ability to become admitted within a reasonable time frame
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with economic development finance or related fields
- Knowledge of commercial real estate finance, public finance, or economic development finance
- Additional training in tax, economics, or corporations preferred
