Responsibilities:

- Provide essential support to attorneys in all stages of the litigation process
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Manage and organize case files and documents
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts
- E-file documents with courts and agencies
- Assist with e-discovery process
- Schedule and calendar court appearances, depositions, and other deadlines
- Maintain and update electronic and hard copy case files
- Communicate professionally and effectively with all parties involved in a case
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures
- Experience with e-filing and e-discovery
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
