Miller Nash is seeking a talented and experienced construction and insurance coverage associate to join our team in Portland, Oregon. If you have two to four years of experience in this field, we want to hear from you!

Our ideal candidate will have a background in project file analysis, policy analysis, legal research, negotiation, factual investigation, discovery, and drafting legal documents. We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator, has excellent writing skills, and can work effectively in a team environment.

As an associate at Miller Nash, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, including businesses, non-profits, public entities, and individuals. Salary Information:

- Annual Compensation Range: Associate Level: $145,000–$172,500
- Bonus potential based on billed hours or discretion.
