H2: Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Paralegal with Strong Organizational and Communication Skills Law Firm is actively seeking an experienced Estate Administration Paralegal to support our team of attorneys in the post-death estate and probate administration process. This is a crucial role that requires a minimum of 5 years' experience specifically in estate administration and strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Responsibilities: - Draft and prepare legal documents related to court supervised estate administration - Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on administration status - Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations - Maintain organized and accurate records of client files - Collaborate with attorneys to review and revise estate administration documents - Assist with probate proceedings and coordinate communication between attorney and parties involved - Ensure compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality - Provide general administrative support to attorneys Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Estate Administration Paralegal - Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred - Strong organizational and project management skills - Proactive problem solving abilities - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Knowledge of tools such as WestLaw, NetDocs, HotDocs, SurePoint, and Power PDF preferred - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Ability to understand and use legal procedures and terminology Physical Demands: - Ability to talk and hear effectively - Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching - Occasional lifting of office products and supplies up to 15 pounds We value diversity and are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
