Job Title: Staff Attorney - Immigration Law Unit Job Summary: The Staff Attorney in the Immigration Law Unit will be responsible for providing direct legal representation to low- and middle-income immigrants on a variety of immigration issues. This includes citizenship applications, waivers of the oath of citizenship for immigrants with a disability, green card applications, Asylum applications, DACA applications, and more. The Attorney will also provide representation to individuals in removal proceedings and will travel within New York State and the Finger Lakes Region. This position is based in the Legal Aid office in Rochester, NY.
