Job Title: Intellectual Property Litigation (Patent) Associate Department: Intellectual Property & Technology Location: Los Angeles Salary: $225,000 - $365,000 Experience: Preferably an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, materials science, physics, or equivalent. Advanced degree or industry experience is a plus. Membership in the Patent Bar is preferred but not required. Job Description: As an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate at O’Melveny, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of complex patent litigation cases. Our clients range from small startups to Fortune 500 companies, providing a diverse and challenging caseload. You will work closely with our experienced attorneys to develop and execute litigation strategies, conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and participate in all aspects of trial preparation and trial.
