Law Firm is looking for an Associate Attorney to join their Family Law Division (702 Divorce). This is a full-time, salaried position with flexible PTO, paid healthcare, family leave, and a competitive salary. The ideal candidate will have experience in family law practice, be comfortable in the courtroom, negotiating with opposing counsel, and speaking directly with our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Working directly with the paralegals assigned to cases
- Drafting: Orders; correspondence to opposing counsel and parties; discovery requests and responses; Motions; Oppositions; Pre-trial Memorandums; Initial Pleadings; Marital Settlement Agreements; etc
- Attending court hearings on all family law related motions
- Conducting in-office Voluntary Settlement Conferences
- Conducting legal research
- Managing family law cases from start to finish
- Speaking directly with clients

Requirements:

- Juris Doctorate from accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the State of Nevada
- Current on all continuing education requirements
- A strong interest in family law
