  • 3-4 years of relevant experience working with ERISA and employee benefits laws.
  • Strong understanding of executive compensation, qualified retirement plans, and health and welfare benefits.
  • Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
