Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney to represent creditors in bankruptcy matters in Oregon and/or Washington. Position: Associate Attorney - Bankruptcy
Location: Oregon, USA; Washington, USA
Salary: Competitive salary based on experience

Responsibilities:

- Interact with clients and staff in a professional and diligent manner
- Prepare various legal documents and attend court hearings related to bankruptcy cases
- Manage assigned caseload and handle escalated and time-sensitive matters as needed
- Maintain positive relationships with other attorneys and staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and assist with other duties and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor of Law
- 2-5 years of bankruptcy experience, preferred but not required
- Admitted to the Oregon or Washington state bar or the United States Bankruptcy Courts in Oregon or Washington
- Proficient in software tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Commitment to the firm's vision, mission, and core values
