Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of IP litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and attending court appearances
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex intellectual property matters
• Communicate effectively with internal and external clients and counsel
• Effectively manage multiple files and competing deadlines
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments within the firm

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• 2 - 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in IP litigation
• Electrical engineering and/or computer science degree preferred
• Strong legal writing skills
• Ability to travel for court appearances
• Proactive with strong business and entrepreneurial sense
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and competing deadlines
• Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service
