- Run large, complex transactions with support from firm resources
- Collaborate with other lawyers and staff in a team environment
- Prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality in all inquiries and matters

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree and admission to the bar in any state
- Eligible for waiver into Iowa or willing to sit for the next bar exam
- Strong academic background
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
