## Associate - Managed Care Law Firm

Law Firm is looking for an experienced associate to join its national managed care litigation practice. The ideal candidate must have four to seven years of general litigation and/or arbitration experience, including brief writing, legal research, and analysis, and oral argument. The candidate must also have a background in managed care, including experience in provider contract and billing disputes, medical necessity, level of care, and coordination of benefits, as well as out of network payor provider litigation.

### Qualifications

- Four to seven years of general litigation and/or arbitration experience
- Background in managed care litigation
- Experience in provider contract and billing disputes, medical necessity, level of care, and coordination of benefits
- Experience in out of network payor provider litigation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to assume immediate responsibility for matters
- Experience in a law firm
- Motivated, personable, articulate, and able to collaborate
- Strong academic credentials and writing skills
- Preferred law school experience includes law clerk internships, moot court, or law review/journal
- Preferred bar license in one of the following states: California, Texas, or Florida
