Associate Attorney - Wage & Hour Class Action (Irvine)

As an Associate Attorney in our Employment Class Action department, you will have the opportunity to fight for worker rights and hold large corporations accountable for wage and hour violations. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for litigating your own cases with the guidance and mentorship of our experienced attorneys. Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings and motions
• Develop strategies for litigating wage and hour cases in state and federal courts
• Participate in depositions, motion hearings, and mediations as part of a litigation team
• Hone your research, writing, and oral advocacy skills with mentorship from senior attorneys

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• Strong analytical and legal research abilities
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to think critically and exercise common sense in complex situations
• Detail-oriented and adaptable
• Must be able to commute to or relocate to Irvine, CA (92618)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range based on experience: $86,000 - $220,000
