Heading: IP Litigation Attorney Position Available in Orange County

We are seeking an IP Litigation Attorney to join our team in Orange County. This position is perfect for law school graduates from the classes of 2018-2021 who have top law school credentials and IP/patent litigation experience. Undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering or similar degrees are highly preferred, as is CAFC clerkship experience. Experience with PTAB disputes is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

This position comes with a competitive annual compensation range of $260,000 and $390,000, depending on qualifications and other operational considerations. Benefits offered for this position include:
