LITIGATION INTAKE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY Job Description The Litigation Intake Associate Attorney will be responsible for the following: 1. Providing excellent client service on behalf of Thomas J. Henry Law while maintaining the highest ethical standards in the legal profession. 2. Planning, organizing, leading and controlling the following aspects of the case process: a. Signing up new clients b. Developing assigned matters c. Analyzing legal issues unique to each case d. Reviewing demands e. Negotiating on behalf of clients f. Initiating litigation g. Resolving matters h. Disbursing client funds 3. Adhering to the firm's Every Case Counts Plan, which offers a more lucrative commission structure for attorneys, allowing them to earn a commission on all attorneys' fees collected. 4. Utilizing the firm's $10,000 First Year Retention Bonus to express gratitude for attorneys' commitment to the firm. 5. Taking advantage of the industry-leading Paid Time Off Program, which includes comprehensive vacation, all-purpose leave, and holiday packages to achieve a healthy work-life balance. 6. Having their Texas Bar dues paid for their first three years with the firm, demonstrating the firm's investment in the growth and success of their attorneys. 7. Maintaining a valid Texas driver's license and a good driving record, as well as being bilingual in Spanish (a plus). 8. Possess a JD and be licensed to practice law in Texas with a good standing. 2. Have 0-3 years of experience in personal injury law. 3. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results for clients. 4. Maintain a valid Texas driver's license and a good driving record. 5. Be bilingual in Spanish (a plus).
