Denver office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior family law attorney with 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will manage family law matters from intake to hearing and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contracts, and advocating for clients in court. Will advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation, and forming a strategy and a plan of action. Manage full case responsibilities from inception through resolution. Prepare clients and cases for hearings, court conferences, mediations, and trials. Appear in court to represent clients and ensure clients are effectively represented at court hearings. Organize and maintain client files to ensure they are kept current. Interact with clients and work with experts. Training and mentorship of fellow attorneys to include assisting with trial preparation as well as case and legal questions. Public Defender or District Attorney experience is highly desired. Experience preparing and arguing motions, attending court hearings, preparing cases for trial and hearing, and experience researching and drafting briefs and motions essential. Must be a licensed attorney in the state of Colorado.
