Law Firm is seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join their award-winning life sciences team! This is a dynamic practice that concentrates on corporate transactions for cutting-edge high growth, life sciences, healthcare and technology companies in the US, Asia, and throughout the world. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with venture-backed private and public companies, through a range of transactions such as equity financing, IPOs, M&A and corporate governance.

The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. This includes venture capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and private and public offerings of securities. Experience working with life sciences companies is preferred, however the group will also consider candidates who have only an interest in life sciences work (but not direct experience).

• General experience working in teams and managing substantial components of transactions independently
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Comparable law firm experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
