Essential Functions:

Handle the high-level and strategic aspects of multiple legal matters at different stages of progression, from inception to conclusion

Demonstrate an ability to work independently and productively and show a strong interest in advancing a career in Intellectual Property law
Produce quality legal work and bill the required amounts of hours to ensure excellent client services
Manage business and generate business through group and individual efforts

Required Education:

Juris Doctor

Preferred Education:

Bachelors or higher in Electrical, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science

Licensed to practice law in good standing in one or more jurisdictions where the Firm conducts business; must maintain applicable license renewal and CLE requirements; Registered to practice before the USPTO

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Indirect - actively utilizes support staff or junior associates to ensure client satisfaction

Physical Activity:

The employee will be required to sit (or utilize a standing desk) for prolonged periods and work on a computer

Less than 10%
