Law Firm Seeking Experienced Toxic Tort & Environmental Associate Attorney in Los Angeles

Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 law firm, is currently looking for a skilled attorney to join our Toxic Tort & Environmental Practice in our Los Angeles office. We are seeking a candidate with strong research and writing abilities and a minimum of one to seven years of experience in toxic tort and environmental litigation, including case management, motion practice, and discovery. Admission to the California Bar is required.

Our firm represents clients in a variety of toxic tort and environmental matters, including state, federal, and administrative hearings and trials. We have extensive experience in Superfund multi-site litigation and coordinated Federal Multi-District Litigation. Our clients range from individuals and small businesses to large corporations, both domestic and international. We are often selected as National Counsel in mass tort and products liability cases, such as asbestos and automotive litigation.

While experience in toxic tort and environmental law is preferred, we are also open to working with talented attorneys who have a strong background in other areas of litigation.
