Duties

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
• Provide reliable legal advice and solutions to clients
• Assist in negotiating settlements and resolving disputes
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all client interactions

Requirements

• South Dakota State Bar License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong work ethic and high reliability
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
• Desire and drive to make court appearances and argue motions
• Detail-oriented with excellent drafting, research, and negotiating skills
• Strong academic background and problem-solving abilities
• Courtroom experience is a plus but not required

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
