Defense Litigation Associate Attorney
The candidate's responsibilities will include all aspects of litigation support, including trial preparation, defense strategy development, discovery planning and responses, motion work, deposition attendance, and court appearances. Should have 5+ years of litigation experience. Medical Malpractice or Products Liability litigation experience is preferred. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team-oriented environment.
