Responsibilities:

· Manage a large caseload of consumer and commercial collection matters.

· Review and analyze court pleadings and prepare legal documents.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree with Juris Doctorate required.

· Admission to practice law in the state of Florida, multi jurisdiction admission preferred including Georgia and/or California.

· Previous experience in litigation, collection law preferred.

· Knowledge of consumer protection statutes such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act preferred.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Dedication to providing exceptional legal representation and client service.
