Responsibilities:

Provide direction and guidance to pre-litigation attorneys and staff
Review and approve settlement demands and negotiations
Review and approve pre-litigation files for suit-worthiness
Analyze and interpret complex legal documents
Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda
Communicate with clients, attorneys, and staff in a professional and timely manner
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources
Participate in firm-wide initiatives and projects

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Texas
Minimum of 5 years of plaintiff personal injury experience
Experience in managing and leading a team of attorneys
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
