Juris Doctorate degree (.) from an accredited law school
Minimum 10 years of experience in a law firm or in-house counsel role.
Active license to practice law in at least one jurisdiction
Experience in healthcare regulatory and compliance matters, including HIPAA, fraud and abuse and other federal and state healthcare laws and regulations.
Experience with healthcare transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business arrangements.
Prior experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably healthcare, pharmaceutical or life sciences.
Prior experience in a compliance role preferred.
Experience in a remote working environment preferred.
