Law Firm Seeking Experienced Litigation Associate (Personal Injury) in Florham Park, NJ

Bressler, Amery & Ross, a national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified Litigation Associate to join our team in Florham Park, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney to work on a variety of personal injury defense cases and collaborate with our team of Principals.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal proceedings such as discovery, hearings, trials, depositions, and more
- Develop and adjust legal strategies with guidance from Principals
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the law and have a strong understanding of various disciplines involved in cases
- Utilize strong research and analytical skills for complex legal issues
- Handle administrative tasks related to the practice of law

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Admission to the NJ Bar; NY Bar admission is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a litigation attorney
- Knowledge of business law and client operations
- Member in good standing of state bar(s)
- Excellent creativity, perseverance, and cognitive abilities
- Strong analytical skills for complex legal issues
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Proficient in legal research
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients
