Holland & Hart, a leading law firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 2+ years of experience to join our team in the Santa Fe office. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in complex litigation matters and a desire to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a judicial law clerk or in private practice
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Interest in supporting the firm's Energy, Environmental, and Natural Resources practice group
• Strong academic background and practical law school experience
• Professional references will be requested

Compensation and Expectations:

• Merit-based compensation

• One-time bonus for judicial clerks
• Expectation of 1800 billable hours, 75 hours of pro bono/public service work, and 25 hours dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion
