The Trademark and Copyright Team of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP is routinely recognized as one of the top teams in the country and is currently seeking an associate with at least 4+ years of direct trademark experience with clearance, prosecution, and enforcement. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing . and international trademark portfolios with specific experience in . and international trademark clearance, prosecution, and investigations. Successful candidates will have strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing and critical thinking skills, and be highly organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented.

The salary range for this position is $240,000 – $305,000. Preferred office locations include San Francisco, New York, or Washington DC. Other office base locations include: Atlanta, Denver, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley (Menlo Park), Walnut Creek, Seattle, or the option to work remotely based in approved states.
