The Law Firm of McGlinchey Stafford is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Litigation Attorney to join our team in Irvine, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3 to 8 years of experience in complex litigation, including commercial litigation, to hone their skills and work with a top-notch team. While experience in financial services litigation is preferred, it is not required. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in California and have an active and good standing license.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in commercial litigation, including working with financial institution clients and representing them in state, federal, and appellate actions
- Draft complaints, answers, motions, and other pleadings
- Participate in the development of strategies for written and deposition discovery
- Conduct thorough research and produce high-quality written work product
- Assist with preparation for trials and evidentiary hearings
- Meet and confer with opposing counsel as a representative of clients and the firm
- Demonstrate a strong dedication to client service

Qualifications:
- 3 to 8 years of prior experience in commercial litigation, financial services litigation experience is a plus
- Active and in good standing license to practice law in California
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Federal court experience is a plus

Salary Information:
- Salary range of $120,000-$200,000 commensurate with experience
- Attorneys with portable clients may be eligible for additional compensation
- Full benefits package included
