**Tax – Mid-Level Associate at Law Firm**

Law Firm is seeking a highly-qualified associate to join our Tax practice. This position requires 3 - 5 years of experience in general transactional tax work. The tax group works closely with the firm's corporate practice and advises clients on a variety of tax matters.

**Qualifications**

- Outstanding academic credentials
- Comparable law firm experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly)

**Responsibilities**

As a Tax – Mid-Level Associate, you will advise clients on a variety of tax matters, including:

- Corporate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Partnerships, LLCs and other joint ventures
- Private equity and private equity fund formation
- Real estate, real estate fund formation and real estate investment trusts
- Regulated investment companies
- Financing and capital markets transactions

**Compensation**
