## Law Firm Seeking Experienced Creditor's Rights Attorney
Law Firm is looking for an experienced Attorney to join their team to handle Creditor's Rights matters. The successful candidate must be a member of the Illinois and Indiana Bar Association and have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Creditor’s Rights.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**
- Illinois bar membership
- Indiana bar membership
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Services
- Ability to deal with legal issues in a practical and efficient manner.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical skills.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Review and sign documents and pleadings.
- Draft and execute documents and perform legal research.
- Attend court hearings/matters for foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy departments.
