This position may reside in their Cincinnati, Columbus, Louisville, Nashville, Dallas, or Houston markets. Qualifications Law Firm is seeking a qualified candidate with the following qualifications: • 3-5 years of complex Chapter 11 case experience, including the representation of debtors, secured creditors, official committees, and unsecured creditors in complex bankruptcy cases. • Additional experience with handling complex workouts and restructurings in the automotive and mobility industry would be an asset. • Good academic record • Excellent written and oral communication skills Salary The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, and market standards.
