seeking an experienced attorney to join its expanding Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. McGrath North continually strives to provide the highest possible level of legal representation for its clients, and to achieve this goal, is looking for a highly motivated, experienced litigator. The position offers the opportunity to represent clients in all phases of litigation, in jurisdictions across the United States.
Qualification and Experience The ideal candidate has law firm litigation experience, and possesses excellent research, writing, analytical and communication skills. Candidates must be able to manage multiple matters and tasks simultaneously, communicate effectively with clients, and have the desire to work professionally and collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff. Prior experience with commercial and complex litigation is preferred. Deposition, hearing, and trial experience is a plus. Excellent academic credentials and a drive to succeed are required, as is admission to practice in the State of Nebraska.
