Swanson, Martin & Bell, LLP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our nationally recognized litigation firm in our Chicago office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Construction litigation and a proven track record of success in handling complex and contested matters for clients across the country.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of case management, including drafting motions, developing written discovery, conducting depositions, and participating in court proceedings
- Provide top-quality legal representation to clients in a variety of practice areas, including product liability, toxic tort, class-action and mass tort, and medical malpractice
- Maintain strong relationships with the firm's existing client base and actively pursue new opportunities in expanding practice areas
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop effective litigation strategies and provide mentorship to junior associates

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Construction litigation
- Excellent academic credentials, including a JD from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Illinois
- Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts
- Trial and appellate experience preferred
