The Opportunity:

- Provide diversified administrative and case support to attorneys and case teams in all phases and aspects of Litigation work.
- Handle complex tasks and projects with limited supervision.
- Prepare and file pleadings, court papers, and forms.
- Assist with discovery, document review, production, and depositions.
- Prepare for interviews, hearings, trials, and client meetings.
- Retrieve rules, regulations, and company profiles.
- Proofread legal documents.
- Conduct non-legal research using various tools.
- Update attorney and case team binders.
- Manage databases and electronic/paper files.
- Assist other legal assistants and attorneys across practice areas.
- Maintain client files and adhere to department protocols.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Manage firm resources responsibly.
- Comply with firm operations, policies, and procedures.
- Perform other related duties, as assigned or needed.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of relevant firm computer software programs.
- Working knowledge of Court of Chancery rules and procedures.
- Ability to navigate electronic databases and document management systems.
- Familiarity with e-discovery applications.
- Fluency with court filings in both paper and electronic formats.
- Strong research skills and proficiency in using various tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
- Flexibility to adjust hours to meet business needs.
