Job Duties:

Drafts legal documents, pleadings, motions, judgments, and orders
Corresponds with attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding cases
Interviews witnesses for court cases and prepares witnesses to testify
Ensures accuracy of all documents prepared
Promptly appears in court on all cases assigned
Handles all aspects of cases assigned
Performs administrative duties such as filing, mailing, and organizing files and pleadings
Conducts legal research for particular issues

### Job Description

* Drafts pleadings and motions, including judgments and orders
* Corresponds with attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding cases
* Interviews witnesses for court cases and prepares witnesses to testify
* Ensures the accuracy of all documents prepared
* Promptly appears in court on all cases assigned
* Handles all aspects of cases assigned to them

### Qualifications
