About the Position:
As an Associate in the Global Transportation Finance Group, you will have the opportunity to work closely with shareholders and participate in business development and client-facing activities. With over 60 lawyers on the team, you will join a prestigious practice that has been ranked as a nationwide Band 1 practice for 15 consecutive years by Chambers USA. You will work on a variety of complex international and domestic transactions involving aviation, rail, maritime, and general equipment assets for major banks, leasing companies, airlines, hedge funds, private equity firms, and other investors.

Requirements:
• 2-5 years of transactional experience at a law firm
• Experience in one or more of the following: securitization, leveraged finance, secured lending, capital markets, private equity, project finance, structured finance, real estate finance, aviation
• Strong contract drafting and negotiating skills
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
• . degree (or equivalent) and admission in (or taking steps to become admitted in) the applicable jurisdiction
