Litigation Attorney

Morgan & Morgan is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice in Downtown Atlanta, Georgia. The successful candidate will handle motor vehicle liability/automobile accident cases in litigation representing plaintiffs in and around metro ATL.

Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day litigation cases
Draft and file litigation documents such as pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memoranda
Guide plaintiff clients through the case process
Interact with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits
Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications:

Law degree (. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association in GA
Ideally 3+ years of Personal Injury / auto liability / MVA experience
Ability to manage high volume of litigation cases
Excellent client service and communication skills
Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

Compensation:

Morgan & Morgan offers a generous and competitive compensation package for this position. This includes a base salary, non-recoverable draw, and standard commission fees/bonuses, as well as a full benefits package.
