Law Firm is looking for a mid-level associate with in employment litigation and advice and counsel. This position may be based out of any of Law Firm's Bay Area offices (San Francisco, San Rafael or Walnut Creek) and offers the ability to work remotely in an agile (hybrid) manner.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Provide advice and counsel on labor and employment matters
- Represent clients in litigation and other proceedings
- Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Negotiate settlements
- Research and analyze legal issues
- Develop and implement strategies for legal matters
- Manage discovery

**Requirements:**

- in labor and employment law
- Experience in traditional labor law is a plus
- Admitted to practice law in California
- Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

**Compensation:**

The annual base salary for this position is between $210,000 and $220,000. Placement within the salary range depends upon a number of factors including, but not limited to years of experience and professional skills required for this role.
