The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of relevant experience, particularly in organizing and representing special districts, overseeing district operations, and handling legal matters related to contracting, elections, debt issuance, and compliance. Previous experience with municipal entities, homeowners' associations, or real estate is highly desirable.

Job Details:

• Assist in organizing and representing special districts, providing general oversight of district operations.
• Handle legal matters related to contracting, including drafting and reviewing contracts.
• Manage legal aspects of elections within special districts.
• Advise on debt issuance and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with clients to provide legal counsel and representation in various matters.

Requirements:

• 2-8 years of relevant legal experience.
• Previous experience working with municipal entities, homeowners' associations, or in real estate is an advantage.
• Colorado law license in "good standing" or the ability to become admitted to the Colorado Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Colorado law license in "good standing" or ability to become admitted to the Colorado Bar.
